Refund & Exchange Policy

All Sales Final 
We do not offer returns or exchange services on any purchases. All sales are final.
Manufacturing Defects
In case there are any manufacturing defects in the products shipped, the customer needs to notify us via email at within 24 hours of receiving the goods and we will replace the item for another piece of the same item.
Logistical Costs
The logistics cost and arrangement of sending the item back to our facility shall be borne by the customer which will be reimbursed to the customer via their preferred payment gateway within 10 days of the item being replaced.
