What Are The Shipping Charges?

We offer free shipping around the globe (provided the orders are placed from the same country as the delivery address.

When Will My Order Arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 business hours, or the amount taken to produce a made to order rug. The estimated delivery time may vary product to product and can be delivered the next day or maximum in 12 business days from the time of dispatching the order.

Due to high volume of orders during the sale, there might be a delay of 8- 10* days in delivery. 

How Will I Know Whether My Order Is Confirmed?

Once the order is successfully placed, you will receive the following notifications via email: -

  1. Email order confirmation
  2. Text message order confirmation

How Can I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel your order by (WhatsApp) messaging us on +91 80900 11999 or email us at – support@rugberry.in. Order cancellation will only be accepted before the shipment has been dispatched or is not under production process

Once the order is cancelled, the refund shall be initiated, and it should reflect in your account within 48 business hours through the original mode of payment or otherwise agreed upon.

Are There Any Hidden Cost?

Listed Prices are exclusive of shipping charges, duties and taxes.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated based on the cumulative weight of the entire order and are different for domestic and international delivery. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number ) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed by the user placing the order.

Customs Duty & Tax & Delivery Charges

You are responsible for paying any duties or taxes imposed for customs or importing goods into your country. Rugberry is not liable to pay any Duties or Taxes for International Shipping. You are also responsible for any additional delivery charges caused by any changes of delivery address requested by you after a package has been dispatched by us.

In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number ) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed by the user placing the order.

Shipment/delivery time, of the order processing, starts from the day of receipt of the payment confirmed against the order placed with us. The shipment/delivery time is an approximate time mentioned by the vendor against each product. Rugberry shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond control of Rugberry.

The user must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. Rugberry reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point in time. If upon confirmation, such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), Rugberry has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available at this website, and/or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
